Bottom (important) tabs are all good.
There are 3 that screw into the steering column and they are good still
There are 2 that screw into the top cover and they are good still
There are clips and guides on the top that snap into the top clamshell cover and those are mostly broken.
Only one of those still remain.
It will install fine without those.
